THE LAYOUT OF YOUR APARTMENT
The apartments are simply layed out, with the aim of making your life as easy as possible. They are built in the typical Spanish style, white painted on the outside to resist the summer heat and keep the house cool in summer yet warm in winter, but with all modern facilities incorporated for your comfort. Access to the upper apartments is through a door at the rear, while the lower apartments are accessed through the sun patio at the front. All entrances are thus on a level and there are no stairs.

The two bedroom apartments - the plan on the right shows an upper two bedroom apartment - have two double bedrooms, one at the front of the apartment and the other at the back. Both rooms have built in wardrobes.

In the case of the lower apartments, access is via the patio, which allows a slightly larger kitchen area. In both cases the bedroom/bathroom areas are identical.

Access to the lower one bedroom apartments is via the patio. These apartments are slightly smaller than the two bedroom conterparts, but they enjoy a larger living room area and the same larger kitchen space as all the ground floor apartments, both one and two bedroom versions.

In the case of the upper one bedroom apartments, shown below on the right, access in via a rear entrance, and the kitchen is on the opposite side of the apartment.
